Both Senator Obama and McCain have stated that they agree with the Supreme Court's Heller decision interpreting the Second Amendment as an individual right and overturning DC's gun ban.

305 members of congress from both parties signed an amicus brief in support of the appeals court decision affirming Mr. Heller's individual second amendment rights - including Senators Allard and Salazar. I would like to ask Representative Udall why he did not sign the brief and ask Representative Schaffer if he would have signed it if he were in office.
