How about.... --Any Democrat living in Rifle who's initials are LR is automatically a delegate.

--I heard the delegate swimsuit contest will be judged by Andrew Romanoff.

--This will start a fight. It's time to give new people a chance to become a delegate, so no former delegate will be allowed to run for the 2008 delegation.

--Since printed floor passes have been abused in the past, there will be a 20 minute chip imbedded into the visitor's head instead. Oh! Is that against the law now?
