He signed up to fight so that he could become a legal citizen. She asked why the war must continue. Will she ultimately lose her son in his quest to be an American?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is one paragraph in the book of human tragedy happening on both sides of the Iraq War. Who, in their right mind, can say this war has accomplished anything?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;Oh, yeah. The war did help re-elect Mr Cheney and Mr Bush.
