    Give a Guy a Break In July, Matt Smith filed a complaint with Attorney General John Suthers against a Brush-based group, Rocky Mountain Gun Owners. The group sent an email to its members that was "packed with lies" according to Smith about his voting record on gun issues.


    Smith would haven normally gone through the District Attorney, Pete Hautzinger, to file his complaint, however Hautzinger is Josh Penry's  campaign co-chairman.
