I'm reporting on a plans for a &lt;a href="http://www.michiganmessenger.com/showDiary.do?diaryId=1339" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.michiganmessenger.com/showDiary.do?diaryId=1339"&gt;GEO expansion in Michigan&lt;/a&gt;.
