I hope all the "at will" employees realize that they can be terminated at any time for any reason, or no reason whatsoever. When you have a contract with an employer, there must be verifiable "just cause" for termination. And if you don't want to work for a union, you can work for another company. There is always the competition. Personally, I appreciate the benefits a union provides. I have a great health care plan that is extremely affordable. Not everybody gets to be an executive. Glen, shoulda tried Airborne.

If you were told you had to join the union, they told you wrong. You may have had to pay agency fees, but no one can force you to join a union. It is against federal law.

I worked for UPS in a right-to-work state, I moved here to Colorado to go school and better my education. I was told by UPS that I could transfer my job to as a package handler. When I got here, I was told I had to join the package handler's union and because of the union, I would not be allowed to change my schedule to work around classes, I couldn't take the job. I know Unions sometimes can be a good thing, but workers need a freedom to not join if they so choose.

Yeah, because it's not like the Independence Institute created an nonprofit (Colorado At It's Best) specifically for the purpose of anonymously funding their judge term limit and anti-union campaigns to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. The union money may be coming out of state, but at least its known WHERE it's coming from. There's nothing clean or transparent about the "Colorado Clean Team." The Web site is a riot.

Don't you mean pro-47 spots have stock art images? Protect Colorado's Future, the ANTI-47 group, like you said has real life public servants, on their mail and in their ads, while the PRO-47 has stock art still images. The last paragraph is confusing and contradictory....
