Cary's frugal management of her campaign finances allowed her to buy TV ads this past week or so and the voters must like what they see. She has the mo and may very well win this race. She is the best candidate, IMHO. I wonder if all three of these candidates will win because of the Bill Ritter coattails effect?  Let's hope so.</p><p><br>You're right about non-voters.
