I forgot to add that the people of Michigan would not take the slight very kindly, either. McCain's down 16 points to Obama in the first poll since the announcement.

Should I take it as a compliment that some readers post their own blog entries as comments on my columns? All fine and good, IMHO, if they have at least a passing relation to what I wrote.

Recently an insurance company nearly wind up....

A bank is nearly bankrupt......filing chapter 11 protection.

How it affect you? Did you buy insurance? Did you buy mini note or bonds?

Who fault?

They bailout trouble finance company, but they will not bail out your credit card bills……You got no choice, and no point pointing finger but you can prevent similar things from happen again……

The top management of the Public listed company ( belong to "public" ) salary should be tied a portion of it to the shares price ( IPO or ave 5 years ).... so when the shares price drop, it don't just penalise the investors, but those who don't take care of the company.....If this rule is pass on, without any need of further regulation, all industries ( as long as it is public listed ) will be self regulated......because the top management will be concern about their own pay check……
Some might feel that it sound stupid….. as there is long and Short position…but in reality there is still many different caliber CEO…..so there is still long and short…..They can ban short selling definitely they can do something about this.......

Sign a petition to your favourite president candidate, congress member, House of representative again and ask for their views to comment on this, and what regulations they are going to raise for implementation.....If you agree on my point, please share with many people as possible.... Finance and Media are the two only industries can shaken politics ( Maybe Hackers can ), please help to highlight also...

It implies without directly saying it that the other side is perhaps a little less trustworthy.

It also reinforces the message that in a time we were facing battle with Al Qaeda worldwide and two conventional wars, John McCain is a commander in chief you can trust to lead us to victory.

There are 30 days left before Election Day. Sarah Palin’s debate performance was good, but it's really up to John McCain to win.

I'm not so sure about that. I think it would make McCain's campaign look silly, but worse it would make them look inept and desperately flailing. Furthermore, the costs of moving people out and then moving them back in just to fake out the Obama campaign — like I pointed out in the column, McCain doesn't have the capital to do something like that.

Interesting theory, but going back into Michigan would be a disaster for McCain.

Even the Obama camp does not believe it. They are moving forward in Michigan as planned.

This is just another in a series of desperate moves by a McCain Camp on the run and out of ideas.
