Improving access to city services for residents in District 3's neighborhoods,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;2. Revitilizing District 3's business corridors, neighborhoods with responsible economic development.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;3. Improving the saftey of our nieghborhoods&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;4. Establishing better community and civic participation to build more community pride. Thgis is important to our future vitality and create an ownership of our community by it's own residents. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;5.
