  • None of we complainants were pleased that our complaints had been dismissed, however the judge did give us the green light to file a new complaint, which as the article says, some of us will do.

Jessica Corry's portrayal of the complainants is blatantly false. The Amendment 46 lawyers wanted to have our complaints dismissed "with prejudice", meaning we wouldn't be able to file again, and charge us court costs and expose us to a charge of filing a frivolous complaint. The law firm had, the day before, called us and let us know this, giving us the option to drop our complaints before they brought the hammer down on us.

The judge saw through this posturing and told Jessica Corry's legal squad that she was convinced, having met and spoken with us, that our claims were not frivolous, and she would not levy attorney's fees. The judge dismissed our complaints for the way they were written. Our claims still have merit, or she would have dismissed them for lack of merit. Jessica was not happy with that outcome, that much was clear.
Funny thing is, the representatives of record are supposedly Valery Orr and Linda Chavez. Neither were at the hearing but Jessica was. It turns out that she is really the force in Colorado behind Amendment 46, but we were unaware of that until the hearing.
The article was accurate in stating that this was an unexpected process for the complainants, most of who didn't have a lawyer. I have found out that Amendment 46 is also a shell game perpetrated by Jessica Corry and her gang.
  • Yayyyyyy its about tiem favoritism for a few races is run out of town!
  • Affirmative action is the devils tool and you guilt ridden whites need to realize we have done nothing wrong to deserve to be run over. What happened in the slavery days was there not now. Now, everyone is a little racist about something or somebody, no matter how much you argue you aren't!! Get over it and let things really be equal!!!! Showing favoritism to one race is not equal!!!!!!
