http://coloradoindependent.disqus.com/enWed, 17 Sep 2008 16:45:27 -0000http://www.coloradoindependent.com/?p=8320#comment-2407403Both sides can debate until the cows come home, but here's the way I see it:<br>This man was stopped 16 times in the past few years and each time was released to drive again.<br>He is only stopped now because 3 people were killed in an accident he was involved in.<br>This happens over and over when it comes to traffic violators and drunk drivers, irregardless of immigration status or citizenship.Irregardless of whether they were born in the U.S. and irregardless of whether they are red, white, brown, purple, black, pink, blue or orange. <br>They are arrested and released over and over again and the only way they are permanently stopped is when they kill or badly injure someone. Their vihicle is a loaded gun. <br>Why do we have to wait until someone is killed or maimed to take irresponsible traffic violators off the road? We all need to put our heads together and see what we can do about it. It's not an immigration issue, it's a public safety issue. how do we get that loaded gun away from them?WildflowerWed, 17 Sep 2008 16:45:27 -0000
