So FEMA will pay 75 percent of just the firefighting cost. That does not say anything about fixing our infrastructure.
The fires were started from winds blowing down electric transformers and igniting the dry grasses. Multiple fires started from down power lines and joined together to form one massive fire. Each fire was started because of the poor power line structures. Browny's home may have been spared this time, but the root problem still has not been corrected. He's probably looking forward to the next administration to be couragious enough to ask to spend money on infrastructure... God sure prevented him from having the balls to ask during his term.
