I work for a place that takes call in orders, and I have a severe problem with answering the phone and the first question I hear from the person on the line in severely broken English is "Does anyone there speak Spanish?" Part of deciding to accept the benefits of living in this country should be the ability to communicate in the language of the people of the country.
