The Colorado Independent: Colorado Supreme Court Affirms “Egg as a Person” Ballot Wording

Gender Counting You are absolutely correct that the court's decision was terse.  Such a brief order is common when the court unanimously affirms the title board.

Because you noted that the title board is "all male," you might have also noted that the supreme court is not.  It has 3 women and 4 men.

The egg and I I can't believe they didn't include giving them the vote. Of course we couldn't let women vote for them so the father, if known, would get to cast the embryo's vote.

wrong The court did not "affirm" the challenge; it rejected the challenge.
