    There's Much More To It It's nice that we did better than our neighbors but that is only one approach to rating the state of things.  That doesn't mean there aren't more things to do.  Colorado doesn't only compete with other states in it's region.  It doesn't compete with other states in the US.  There's Canada, Mexico, Poland, China, Taiwan, Bulgaria, Italy, Japan, South Korea, and lots of other countries.
