On the one hand, I know full well that people, tired from long day at work, can very well decide that their vote is unimportant because the 'most recent polls' show their state going for a particular candidate.  "my vote won't matter, so-and-so's gonna win anyway."  On the other hand, I find myself reading every article about polls, getting excited when my guy is ahead, feeling low when he looks behind....and I KNOW better.  Polls do NOT matter.  Your vote counts for YOU. It is your duty to vote your conscience, regardless of who you think might win.  Honestly, I'd support a law that prohibits polling in the last week before election.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">sharonb</dc:creator><pubDate>Mon, 29 Sep 2008 17:10:00 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
