We can't get a Dem president elected soon enough!

I'm so fed up with the raping of our Western lands to line the pockets of Dick Cheney and his corporate supporters! Sick. Sick. Sick.

To the phones people. Get your candidate elected. And don't forget to call you Congress critters too.

Fed Up I am. Fed up!

Yep, Allen There really is a place on the Western Slope called Silt, about 25 miles west of No Name. If you pass Antlers, you've gone too far.

More info I think that Dan and Charlie expressed the feelings that many in Northwest Colorado share, the federal government is once again artificially promoting a product that does not work and will only result in the ruination of our local communities.  The fact of the matter is that pie-eyed dreamers have been trying to extract oil from rock for over a 100 years, with no commercial success.  The fall for this ruse again is truly the definition of insanity.

Between commercial oil shale development and the 22,000 gas wells that BLM wants to allow for in Rio Blanco County, the feds are going to effectively turn the area into an industrial wasteland that makes Gary, Indiana look quiant.

Shale Oil Politics I hope  one of the candidates will take this topic by the horns and let the National Economy Prosper and not Major International Corporations. The  money that is currently untapped in our Shale oil reserve could keep our government an Ecomomy in the black for a long long time.
