my gift to Colorado A bullet- and veto-proof 527 loophole closing bill to be introduced by Rep. Morgan Carroll that is immediately signed into law in 2007.

We deserve to know what the 527 committees are up to when the attempt to influence elections. Not all 527s are bad but by putting them all on a level-playing field, the voters will have a much better understanding of the process.
