very interesting perspective I find it particularly interesting that Mr. Branscomb, as County co-chair of what is often considered politically conservative mountain country would hold fairly progressive views. That seems to fly in the face of the conventional wisdom often espoused by the DLC and other moderate/pro-business factions of the Democratic Party.

Mountains Had Backbone in 2004 Actualy the 'spine' of Colorado mountain country was very blue in 2004. Eagle County won 9 of 10 races for Dems. Something we hope to duplicate this year.
